It’s been awhile since I’ve blogged, and in the past year or so, a lot has happened. I started a tourism company, graduated from my master’s program, got a teaching job at a university, started a doctoral degree, and moved to New Orleans! While I’ve had a blast doing each of these things, over the past few months I have been clearing away almost everything I have on my plate. I dropped out of my doctoral program and quit my three jobs. “Why?” may you ask. Well…… I’ve decided to travel the world full time for the next five months!
While I love being a nurse, I have become consumed by getting my tourism company off the ground, so I am dedicating a large of this year to my side hustle. I will be hosting trips with my tourism company, WanderRoam, for the rest of the year and preparing for future trips. When I’m not working on the business, I’ll just be jet setting around the world, hopping from place to place, and going to places I’ve always dreamt of visiting.
Traveling long term has always been a dream of mine, and now I finally get to do it! I’m super excited about the growth I’ll be achieving, the lessons I’ll be learning, and all the wonderful things I’ll get to experience. While I’m gone, I’ll be blogging my travels and helpful tips here, as well as vlogging on my new Youtube channel, TheGirlThatGoes! If you enjoy my blog, you’ll love the vlog, so like, share, comment, and subscribe! As always, thanks for all of your love and support! Update you soon!
